Just In Case Mechanical is always quick to respond and gets out to fix the problem ASAP! Love working with their team! I've been using them for many years now..simple tasks such as fixing the plumbing in a toilet to replacing a whole new faucet leading from inside to outside of the house! Just in Case replaced our sewer line recently. Our house is old, and as with most old houses, there were some unexpected issues to work around, but Justin was able to problem-solve things. It meant more work to do things correctly so we would not be up against sewer line issues again in the future. I appreciate that Justin and Ian were able to fix things to work until the more complete fix could be completed a few days later. He and his team (Ian and Grant) worked long hours to get the work done. They communicated with us through the process, were conscientious, kind, and even dealt well with our goofy dog who is relentless (and very annoying) in her efforts to get attention. The cost was more than fair, and Justin handled communication with our insurance adjuster after I did the initial claim. What else can you ask for? Highly recommend JIC.

Justin is fantastic! He responds quickly, is professional, and only recommends what we actually need. I can't imagine calling anyone else! Recently, my husband had trouble replacing some leaky piping behind our shower head. He called, Justin for advice who stopped by for a few minutes to check on my husband's work and give him a few tips to make it a tight seal. That's just who he is - amazing customer service!
